Item #31 – Italvibe Rotary Vibratory Motor

This is a single unused Italvibe vibratory motor model #MVSI 18-1310, Part Number 601373. It has 1310 lbs of centrifugal force and .37 hp. Full stats are listed below in the product page.

Item #32 – Syntron Elctromagnetic Vibratory Motor – Model 8F2-A

This is a single Syntron electromagnetic vibratory motor model 8F2-A used to vibrate and convey heavy material through a chute. It is a 115v 1P 4.0 amp motor.

Item #33 – Lyte Industrial Feed Hopper & 11′ Steel Stand

This is a custom built feed hopper with a single center bottom discharge. THe sides measure 36″x36″x30″ tall. It has a feed gate at the discharge and is built on a modular heavy duty box steel frame with a man-platform below the discharge complete with ladder and railings. The hopper in the picture is the tallest piece and is yellow with the stand in white. The wood and steel frame dust collection box at the top of the hopper is included. The dust containment box is large enough to rotate and dump a full 55 gallon barrel.

Item #34 – Rotary Airlock 6″ dia feed with Electric motor and Gear Reducer mounted together

This is a used rotary airlock by Myers & Sons model 430-C-149 and motor and gear reducer Combo. It was used at the base of a cyclone to remove the heavy particles collected and still maintain the negative pressure in the cyclone.
Note: this is for the airlock, gear reducer and 1/2 hp 460v 3P motor mounted on a barrel hight stand. A lockout is with this item as well.

Item #35 – Prater brand Rotary Airlock 6″ dia feed

This is a used rotary airlock by Prater model 3AV-601. It was used at the base of a cyclone to remove the heavy particles collected and still maintain the negative pressure in the cyclone. This is for the airlock only. It is chain driven and would require a small electric motor to operate. The paddles and bearings are good and the device is free-turning despite the light rust on the outside.

Item #36 – Motor and gear reducer, Baldor electric motor (3 hp, 460v, 3P) #VM3611T coupled with a Boston Gear gear reducer Spec: 35L114Y334.

Item #37 – motor and gear reducer, US Electric Motors (Emerson) electric motor (0.5hp, 460v, 3P). REDUCER: Output torque: 1190 ft/lbs. Motor frame 26. ELECTRIC MOTOR: Emerson, Model F046A, 1/2 hp, frame 56C, rpm 1745, Type UTF.

Item #38 – electric motor and electric brake, US Electric Motors (Emerson) (2.0 ho, 460v, 3P) and Shur Top electric brake. THe model of each is F054A & brake 105633106003. Brake: Amps In – 2.2/1 & Amps Holding – 0.2/0.08. Torque 10 ft/lbs.

Items #39 & 40 – Rotap Sieve Shaker with Reostat Speed Control Switch & 21 Brass Sieves 12″ dia.

This is an older but fully functional standard Rotap/Tyler Instruments sieve shaker with a 1/3 hp 110v Dayton electric motor model # 9093. It comes with the heavy steel top lid and includes 21 brass sieves 12″ diameter (Item #40). Sieve sizes range from 1″ to 240 mesh.
