The pictures below and on subsequent pages represent items for sale as listed on the spreadsheet from the main equipment page.  All equipment is currently stored and available for inspection at a yard in Castaic, CA.

Item #1 – 60″ Sweco Roto-Vibratory Screener with larger motor and extra parts and 17 extra screen with gaskets.

It has 5 decks total, can be used with wet or dry infeed.  Only 4 decks are currently installed and the 5th comes with it.  It is made from carbon steel and has been recently upgraded with a newer 5 hp motor and counter weights versus the standard OEM 2.5 hp motor.  It is designed to easily handle very heavy or wet media feeds.  The decks have been modified with lifting hooks in order to speed the time taken for screen changes or cleanings.  All decks have vent and view ports.  The top is a custom made cover with an infeed and vent port fabricated-in.  It is also mounted to a custom made HD stand that raises the discharge height of the lowest deck to at least the height of a barrel.

Item #2 – 2700 CFM Dust Collector Baghouse (Complete baghouse with 4 filters, programmable pneumatic air purge cleaning, 25 hp 3 phase motor motor and high efficiency paddle fan)

Item #3 – 48″ dia Cyclone dust collector with motor and rotary airlock.

The cyclone-motor-airlock are mounted on a custom frame the discharges at barrel height allowing for fast and easy barrel changes without stopping operations.  The unit comes with an option electrical lockout switch (sold separately).  This is an ideal process to operate before the bathhouse dust collector by easily collecting the larger particles that might be reprocessed as good product or to decrease the particle load not he bathhouse thereby allowing it to operate longer without cleanings and without efficiency drops due to blinding of filter elements.

Item #4 – Kice 4-way 48″ air classifier with stand

This is a rare vertical air classifier that separates dry material based on density.  It is a large (30″ wide by 4′ tall configuration built with 4 slides or point of separation inside.  It is uniquely designed to NOT require a motor to operate by being a vertical gravity-flow design.  It comes with a custom stand that allows discharge of the heavy reports into a barrel at barrel height so that barrels may be switched without stopping operations.

Item #5 – Eriez Drum Magnet – Cross Cross 12″  dia wheel – with Stand

A unique and rare gravity feed magnetic separator with stainless steel housing to prevent accidental magnetization of the housing.  Two discharge chutes for the ferrous and non-ferrous reports set on a stand that is barrel height in order to allow for quick and easy barrel changes.

Item #6 – Air Handling Round Galvanized Ducting – 8″ & 12″

This is standard 8″ and 12″ diameter quick release ducting in sizes and lengths configured for the current operation.  It comes with flex sections, 90 degree and 45 degree elbow, extra clamps and extra gaskets with sufficient extra lengths for a significant redesign of ducting flows.

Item #7 – Rotex Rectangular 2-Deck 5 hp Vibratory Screener

The Beast.  This is a tremendous work horse and is configured to be suspended by cables to isolate vibration to surrounding equipment.  It has three discharges: overs target reports and unders.  It is a two deck – 3 cut configuration and comes with two installed screen and two extra screens and large 5 hp motor.
