JOINT VENTURES

Lyte Industrial Services has entered into several joint ventures that have been designed to use and further the development of technologies Lyte incorporates. Clear Bleu Solutions was started to develop and deploy water treatment systems int he oil field that recycle produced and flowback (frac water) using an advanced oxidative process and a diffused air filtration process. Strategic relationships were forged with Coil Chem, Inc. for ‘green’ oil filed chemical use and water treatment technologies as well. Other systems included harmonics, Electronic coagulation, Reverse and forward osmosis, Ultra and micro filtration and upgrades to density oil-water separators.
Ironkast was developed to further to use of recycled materials resulting from the use of sand blast media. IronKast markets a new ‘Iron Carbonate’ concrete (versus the centuries-old calcium carbonate Portland cement we use today). The new cement called ‘Ferrock” is carbon negative, possesses many material qualities better than Portland cement, generates free and pure hydrogen gas in lab analysis and importantly, can be made from up to 60% recycled materials based on current R&D findings. More is possible. Ironkast is currently in the R&D phase of incremental development and funding.
