Lyte Industrial Services, LLC

Lyte Industrial Services (www.lyteind.com) is Rod Herring’s solely owned California LLC dedicated to developing various recycling technologies.  The fabrication shop is located at 400 N. Marine Ave. Wilmington, CA 90744.  Lyte developed and commercialized with limited sales steel shot recycling used in sand blasting operations.  Using custom fabricated in-house air classifiers, eddy currents, magnets, vibratory screeners and cyclones.  Lyte was paid to take used sand blast shot destined for landfills and cleaned and separated by particle type and size yielding reusable product.  Customers were both wholesale and retail.

All design, engineering, fabrication was done in-house by Rod as well as all regulatory, licensing, permitting, accounting, marketing, website, and logistics.  The shop was outfitted and then operated by Rod.
